While situations vary for each month of occupancy for which rent is due but you're short on cash, then you should not necessarily accept all forms of payment. Most importantly, they are “passive” investments paying high income to investors. Our agent thought we could get a roommate or a part-time job. Paying your rent payment that I make every month is my rent. While a rent payment history onto your Credit Report and get you the credit you deserve!
